If I could give this builder 10stars I would.Made my toilet into a shower room.He came every day and didn't go and do jobs inbetween.To be honest he doesn't start early but works all day.My shower room is excellent he did a really good job and we are so grateful to him.Language a bit hard to understand sometimes but we got round that.I can really recommend this builder.

Very dissapointed with the service, the bath and toilet were fitted to an ok standard- they were working however the bath hadn't been adjusted to the right height and was left unsealed and out from the wall. The sink however was the main concern it was left unfinished and leaking so I was unable to use it and had to pay for another plumber to fit it professionally. The quality level of the sink was terrible with a tube of silicon covering the mess of the leak behind the sink.

Small bathroom. The existing shower is ok but the bath needs taking out as it is not needed. The entrance to the shower needs to be easily accessible for an old and disabled person. Tiling and plastering will have to be done but no electrical work.

Someone from Powney's came and looked at the job,said they could do it and later that day they emailed a price and the date for the alteration. Two days later a tiler came to match the tiles. On the due date two people came at the time stated put covering on the carpets,worked through the morning without stopping and left about 2.00 pm.The work done was excellent and very satisfactory. Rubbish was taken away and the place left clean. Highly recommended.

We would like to change our upstairs bathroom. Want the bath taken out and a shower enclosed with new shower value fitted (between two walls) 1700mm length. Take out toilet and basin (they are side by side) and replace with fitted furniture 1800mm long. Refit toilet and basin in the same place. Change radiator for a new one (same place). Remove all tiles and plaster board, then re-plaster board room and fit new tiles (about 25 meters). Tiles will probably be 600mm X 300mm size. Not touching ceiling or floor. Near Kings Heath, Birmingham. We would like to see some pictures of your previous workmanship please. And we would like a full job price please, not day rate.
