He came out and gave me a free, no obligation quote for my front door steps, as promised and waited until I contacted him, no pressure. He also gave me a quote for the path running under my front window. He made wider steps which makes it easier and safer for my elderly mother to walk down on. He also made a beautiful job of my path. Said he could not lay the last remaining slabs because there was a slope. this was not reflected in the cost £1150 for three days work which actually took one day. A Hoppa bag was delivered but it was too big to collect requiring an additional £60. I was fobbed off about this with P saying he had paid would be collected soon. I ended up paying for it! So work ok but be wary and get everything written down!
