The final room the fitters ran out of energy, broke the central light fitting and failed to stretch the carpet satisfactorily. They also did not clear up after themselves. I have had carpet fitters that have been far more careful. I think the fact that A1FS is an intermediary there is room for misunderstanding and an inflated price - where the fitter is being paid less. However, if it was the carpet fitters doing job directly without intermediary I would rate the work as poor.

Mark is the most helpful , honest and straightforward person you could hope to invite into your home to fit a carpet. We gave hime a difficult and fiddly job, laying sisal to two flights of stairs. He did a good job of this and even supplied free of charge some of his own underlay. I would unhesitatingly recommend him if you want a good reliable and honest tradesman.

Excellent customer service and fitting, always responded quickly to my emails and phone calls. On the day of fitting my carpet did not arrive as carpet right cocked up the delivery dates so A2Z drove to carpet right cut and delivered the carpet themselves.... now that's what I can service!!!! The carpet fitting was 10/10 will be calling them again when i need more carpet fitting.
