It was arranged for him to relay a bedroom carpet after alterations arranged for the visit which did not materialise because he said he was mega busy so rearrange for Sunday still no appearance and no telephone call for an apology or any info at all.
My suggestion do not use him.

I am moving my tv to opposite side of room. There is no socket there so I want to run an extension cable and sky cable round the edge of the room by skirting board by lifting carpet and then securing it back.
If you need a carpet and fitting service I would highly recommend this tradesman. My job was only a small one in Leicester however it was professionally done. 100% recommend this tradesman.
had them lay 2 carpets for me. Quote was good, turned up on time. tidied as they went along, very kind and polite. will definately use them again when i need to and reccommend him to friends.
Neil did an excellent job of fitting a tricky patterned stairs carpet for me. He went above and beyond by rectifying any defects in wooden panels on the stairs and sourced new threshers to finish the job off. He also removed offcuts and tidied up on finishing. I would highly recommend him.

I hired Trevor after he came round to look at my job . He turned up on the day earlier than stated but wasn’t a problem he got on with the job in hand. Nothing was a problem to him and was very polite. He explained some problems on the stairs and landing and again got on with it.
