They stole my sweeping brush. They promised to send me a proper invoice and ten year guarantee. I did not receive any and did not get my brush back in spite of asking. They left the old Perspex panels in the alleyway and I had to bring them all in as this alleyway is shared by my neighbour they only came the next day

Also at the back yard rain water tends to gather into a puddle . I am worried this is causing damp in the house. There are possibilities to create drains to solve the problem , but need someone to check it first.

Since he nearly completed the job, in good faith I paid him the full amount. Mark promised he will send me the invoice and also tidy up some of the work he left untidy. From that moment Mark has disappeared. I have sent him emails, but not a word came back. I am so disappointed!! He is not to be trusted- SAD:(
