They stole my sweeping brush. They promised to send me a proper invoice and ten year guarantee. I did not receive any and did not get my brush back in spite of asking. They left the old Perspex panels in the alleyway and I had to bring them all in as this alleyway is shared by my neighbour they only came the next day

Our plumbers don't do trench works so we need a trench for our new waste pipe that currently comes down inside the back of our garage to run to our existing drain (just outside the front of the garage) and to run a new mains pipe across the shingle / grass drive to the border of our property so the water company can change the connection from the old lead pipe to the new one.

Mathew & Sons were hired for repointing work, clean gutters and drainpipes and to fit chimney caps. They came with wrong size chimney caps then tried to persuade me not to bother capping them. It has since come to my attention that the repointing work is still NOT finished. Further, I now see that the drainpipe is still slightly leaking which he says he threw in a clip (costing a mere £2-£4) to fix the problem as it was bowing and not properly aligned. On contacting him his response was, we didn’t quote you for all that work, and all he says he is prepared to refund is £40 out of the money paid. He also keeps asking me to remove the review left as its ruining his reputation and to date I have not received the £40.
