He laid some encaustic Fired Earth tiles in the porch, taking care to match up with tiles laid in the foyer last year. 3. He repaired the front gates 4. ALL my texts and calls were ignored. i had to call eventually on a withheld number for him to answer he made promises that he will come to finish, this was going on for months. My driveway is unfinished.i have requested for refund for half the money but his response was "NO" to me
