We have a suspended ceiling so access to the current electrical system will be via this, we need someone to run the electrical cable from an existing socket to the new point and fit a socket to the wall there. The wires are required to be hidden but the office structure will allow this without a channel into the wall.

C2 Issues Need To Change Consumer Unit & Update EICR

C2 - No RCD protection for socket-outlets for internal use BS7671 C2 - All lighting circuits need additional RCD protection C2 - Cooker needs RCD protection C3 - Consumer unit does not comply with current BS7671 standards C3 - Basic insulation is visible outside fuse board C3 - Socket is not working in kitchen C3 - Water heater is not RCD protected In summary most of these will be solved by an updated consumer unit, and I will be needing either a new EICR or a "minor works report" to put with the original. See attached photos of the consumer unit and of the EICR report (highlighted issues in yellow).
