Fault with 2 lights in living room

This is regarding an issue with the lights in our living room. 2 out of 3 bulbs/lights in the living room have not been working since last week. We've tried replacing the current bulbs with new ones but still it won't work. We believe the issue is with the circuit wiring of the living room. Can you please arrange for an electrician to fix this? We'll be at home tomorrow hence they can come anytime.

Fuse problem with kitchen sockets and bathroom lights.

The circuit breaker for kitchen sockets is causing our fusebox to trip. We have tried to isolate the cause, but even when we have turned off everything that we can, the circuit still trips. While trying to flip the fuse switch back to its normal position, the lights in the bathroom and hallway cupboard have now stopped working too.

I am purchasing a property and has completed a homebuyer report. The surveyor has recommended that I test the consumer unit and wiring to confimr there are no problems. I would like to obtain a quote for the following work.
