need to access a high floodlight and change bulb - will require one ladder to get to top of conservatory roof, crawl board to protect glass roof, and then smaller second ladder to reach floodlight. I have the bulb, so it's a 10 minute job - cannot do it myself as I'm disabled.
Due to come today at 9.00am to complete job, but no sign of him. I telephoned at 9.20am to chase and it was evident he had just woken up and he had forgotten about the job altogether. I requested he come asap this morning. As of 11.45 I called him twice again but he is not answering phone, so can only assume he is no longer interested in the job. This is despite him saying he could "guarantee my 100% satisfaction" with his work. Very disappointed & I've also wasted half a day!
