Would like the kitchen isolating from the ground floor ring main and rewired so it's on it's own ring main, along with separate oven spur. Kitchen will be completely empty at the time awaiting plastering. May then need a second fix once room has been plastered and painted. Kitchen is around 3.25m x 3.3m
