C2 Issues Need To Change Consumer Unit & Update EICR

EICR Report notes the following issues. C2 - No RCD protection for socket-outlets for internal use BS7671 C2 - All lighting circuits need additional RCD protection C2 - Cooker needs RCD protection C3 - Consumer unit does not comply with current BS7671 standards C3 - Basic insulation is visible outside fuse board C3 - Socket is not working in kitchen C3 - Water heater is not RCD protected In summary most of these will be solved by an updated consumer unit, and I will be needing either a new EICR or a "minor works report" to put with the original. See attached photos of the consumer unit and of the EICR report (highlighted issues in yellow).

Also the thermostat for the boiler needs to be relocated in a higher position because of the upstand. Work to be done on a Saturday people working in flat during week and electrical supply cannot be cut.
