Some of the building work needed to be taken down and rebuilt and the cavities cleaned out. Apart from the poor time keeping and workmanship, he was always polite.

The work carried out was professional and to a high standard. They worked extremely hard. Impressed that they completed the job on time without compromising their work, which was of such a high standard. Clean, tidy courteous builders with a pride in their work. Can't rate them highly enough.

My extension job for my house has been completed. The Company started the job using a digger to remove a lot of mud and also digging foundations using the machine. They were involved in the job and a truck that came to pour cement into the trench. Before they had put steel boxes in the trenches.The following day, 2 people started building with blocks and bricks making walls. I thank for the architectural drawings and structural drawings, I ma very happy and really appreciated.

please find attached a floor plan of the extension we would like to our rear of our kitchen. It would extend across the patio you can see in the photo to the end of the fence which would need removing. The external dimensions would be approx 300 cm wide x 180 cm deep (240 x 150 cm internal dimensions). We would like windows all around the extension and doors to the right. the roof which needs to be integrated into the existing roof - sloping or pitched. I've also attached some photos of our kitchen from inside and outside the house. I hope this helps give you a better idea of our plans I apologise for the basic nature of my sketch plan.

Norik dealt with some issues regarding underground drainage pipes with the water board and building control, professionally and swiftly, so not the delay works. these builders started the job at the end of july, they said it would be finished by the end of august, we are now in February and the job is still not completely finished, they would come for a day then we wouldn't see them again for days sometimes weeks, the standard of work is poor with the toilet still leaking and a kitchen window that doesn't fit !!! would not recommend.
