It would extend across the patio you can see in the photo to the end of the fence which would need removing. The external dimensions would be approx 300 cm wide x 180 cm deep (240 x 150 cm internal dimensions). We would like windows all around the extension and doors to the right. the roof which needs to be integrated into the existing roof - sloping or pitched.
