Remove whatever is left of the existing missing 3 panels and replace with 3 new 6ft x 6ft panels. Take away the missing panels remains. Work is not urgent so whenever it suits you. I gave Szilard a lot more work than the garden fence as my original post, for which he was paid in cash at his request, with a large tip. His work was good, overall, and he completed within the quoted time-scale. He was asked to return to see to the sealant around the kitchen sink, which began to crack and peel away within a week of the jobs being completed in early August. That was two months ago and I am still waiting. He flies off the handle very quickly which can also be an issue.
