Kevin did an excellent job within a day and to be precise around 6 hours. The job was hectic, as he had to do lots of digging. He made sure he completed the job even before having some food afterward. A polite and friendly person who will go the extra mile to help. Price however was a lot but managed to cut it down a little. I still think it was a bit expensive considering that I bought all the materials, however he still did a good job in the end. Thank you and well done Kevin.

Panel fencing for one side of garden. 5 standard panels long. Existing posts are rotten and need replaced, but there are existing metal supports in the ground which may be able to be reused, but not 100% sure of their condition. Also would like fit a gate at the end of the garden. There is an existing panel which is in good condition at the end of the garden, then a gap where a gate should be able to be fitted.

I have the 9 fence panels, concrete posts and the gravel board so the quote is for labour and you must have the equipment to do the job such as drill, digger to get into existing concrete/cutting concrete posts and board

The result is superb - he provided a very high standard of work indeed. He also went the extra mile to stay late into the evening to tidy everything and take away the debris with him. He worked incredibly hard clearing, removing and replacing a rotten, dilapidated wooden fence on a back garden wall which had totally collapsed with the weight of ivy during the recent storms. Andrea is hardworking, professional and respectful. He fully explains what he will do and checks that you are happy at each stage. I gave Szilard a lot more work than the garden fence as my original post, for which he was paid in cash at his request, with a large tip. His work was good, overall, and he completed within the quoted time-scale. He was asked to return to see to the sealant around the kitchen sink, which began to crack and peel away within a week of the jobs being completed in early August. That was two months ago and I am still waiting. He flies off the handle very quickly which can also be an issue.

The fence-post which our side alley gate is bolted to has rotted at the base, so the fence panel and gate are now wobbly. The post sits between a concreted area on one side and soil on the other. Might be remedied with a concrete spur on the soil side?
