I gave Szilard a lot more work than the garden fence as my original post, for which he was paid in cash at his request, with a large tip. His work was good, overall, and he completed within the quoted time-scale. He was asked to return to see to the sealant around the kitchen sink, which began to crack and peel away within a week of the jobs being completed in early August. That was two months ago and I am still waiting. He flies off the handle very quickly which can also be an issue.

The result is superb - he provided a very high standard of work indeed. He also went the extra mile to stay late into the evening to tidy everything and take away the debris with him. I highly recommend him and will be using his services again.
