Kevin did an excellent job within a day and to be precise around 6 hours. The job was hectic, as he had to do lots of digging. He made sure he completed the job even before having some food afterward. A polite and friendly person who will go the extra mile to help. Price however was a lot but managed to cut it down a little. I still think it was a bit expensive considering that I bought all the materials, however he still did a good job in the end. Thank you and well done Kevin.

Panel fencing for one side of garden. 5 standard panels long. Existing posts are rotten and need replaced, but there are existing metal supports in the ground which may be able to be reused, but not 100% sure of their condition. Also would like fit a gate at the end of the garden. There is an existing panel which is in good condition at the end of the garden, then a gap where a gate should be able to be fitted.

I gave Szilard a lot more work than the garden fence as my original post, for which he was paid in cash at his request, with a large tip. His work was good, overall, and he completed within the quoted time-scale. He was asked to return to see to the sealant around the kitchen sink, which began to crack and peel away within a week of the jobs being completed in early August. That was two months ago and I am still waiting. He flies off the handle very quickly which can also be an issue.
