Replace 25-100% of the existing floor boards (depending on time and price) with moisture resistant chipboard 3. Install acoustic rock wool between the joists 4. Check how joists are fixed and pack up if required 5. Check and install extra noggins (if needed) 6. Install anchors to link joists in grid that dont touch (if required) 7.
