We cancelled the job as he was clearly not reliable. Requested a refund of over ?400 which, a month on, hasn't turned up. Deadline yesterday. No comms, no refund. This will now be recovered by legal means. Appalled.

12ft by 10ft kitchen floor. Original lino/Laminate base possibly sealed to concrete when house built! Since then on top are square adhesive tiles that are now breaking and snapping. Need to be lifted and new flooring in place. Nothing fancy just a safe floor. Its a difficult job I can not manage. I have tried lifting tiles but the adhesive is lethal and leaves behind super sticky. need help. a quote for the work and take the pressure off me. Busy full time working mum.

I then decided to replace the entire floor with new boards and laminate flooring. After a price was agreed the work was done quickly and efficiently and I could not be happier. He is coming next week to do the bathroom floor. Glad to find him.
