This company i highly recommend to do highly superb quality work for very reasonable prices and at very short notice. This tradesman has been one of the best and took the most care laying my laminate floors, and wanting to ensure that the work He does is good no matter how long it takes him the job he will do do is superb he's fantastic highly recommend!!

Fabrizio and his team did a great job in painting my whole flat and fitting my new laminate flooring. The job was spot on and made on time and within the quote we agreed. Fabrizio and his team were able to build a trusted relationship with me since the very first moment keeping the communication open. Fabrizio provided a detailed quote of the job and followed up on every inquiry I had also advising on minor potential repairs I had to carry. Highly recommended!

Came over to measure flooring. I then asked for him to give me feedback on how much flooring I need to purchase and he never got back to me.

They managed to fit my job in within a day which was amazing. Mark was on time, worked fast and to a high standard. He cleaned all debris away before leaving. I will be recommending him to friends and family.

Claudette and John were very communicative and easy to work with. They did an excellent job removing an old floor and fitting a new engineered wood one. I would very happily use them again.

I am very delighted about the work that was carried out at my home. After seeking many quotes I finally found a quote that was fair and was a true reflection of the work undertaken. Having to renovate my home seemed like a nightmare but Pro-techs construction made me feel as ease with his effevient approach to my project bringing my version to life. I wish I could upload some pictures of the work undertaken, and you could enjoy the views as much as my family does! I would 100% reccomend!

Job changed to laying new laminate & scotia. Chris refused to use circular saw outside. Used dustsheets on last day too late as entire flat now covered in sawdust.Too inexperienced to make a template for fishtale skirting and gave up using the profiler around architraves. Badly fitted & cut. Damaged a board as he left his jigsaws turned on. Did not have sandpaper or hacksaw and was unable to cut small sections of scotias.Told me to fill gaps with calk. Reply from tradesman: Back in September we was met by a woman that was mentally unstable whereby asking us to estimate on a flooring job she wished to be undertaken, at this time and due to her ill health and unreasonable requests to use an angle grinder to cut bottoms from the doors and other requests we declined on giving an estimate and or undertaking the job, since then our office has been inundated with emails and phone calls from this lady on a day to day basis, in fact so much that we have considered taking drastic steps in calling the police and report her for harassment of our staff…. With regards to her satisfaction statement this is unfounded where we have asked this to be removed as we did not undertake the task at hand.

My Amtico flooring was laid with great care and attention. He was timely, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Already in discussion about further work to be done in my home.

Mark provided a very competitive quote and clearly stated any extra costs that we may incur beforehand. On the day he arrived on time and made fitting our vinyl look effortless. He also did our utility room which I had overlooked within the original quote which was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Mark again as he is a credit to his trade.

Very happy I chose them: Out of 17, they were the first one to reply, the cheapest, and had the best feedback. I liaised with Mark prior to the appointment and Neil came to fit the flooring on the day. Mark was great in helping me choose the adequate flooring and Neil, with 13 years experience was great on the day. The job was planned over two days but done in just one and a half. They were courteous and very professional. As a woman leaving on my own, I felt perfectly at ease with AZ Flooring.

Highly recommended. The job was done to an exceptionally high standard at a very competitive price. Mark kindly dropped off the samples for me to consider on the weekend. The evening before I decided to increase the job, and Mark rushed off to fetch extra flooring required. Will definitely use again.

Alin Vlad Banariu came on time did a good efficient job. He worked non stop, quickly and very cleanly , cleared up after well. He was a polite and pleasant work who did exactly what we asked of him.

Eddie was very accommodating, communicative and did an excellent job replacing a bathroom floor at short notice including adding the silicone sealing around all edges. Highly recommended

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars i absolutely would. Melvin & his team have been absolutely excellent and have helped me with everything (roofing, new bathroom, new kitchen, painting, fixing front door hanging frames, shelves, blinds). Melvin really goes above and beyond - not only did he do the works as asked he also provided his advice and insights as to options that would work better. This was immensely as it is my first property - i think i would have been really lost w/o him!!
