The job I would like you to do consists in: - Removal of existing flooring in living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms and disposal/clearance - Fit engineered wood flooring (not changing skirting boards in living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms (total area is about 70sqm). - Remove carpet in the staircase, fill, sand down and paint wooden steps.
