Hi, I’m laying click LVT to the kitchen and hallway. I’ve had to take up the old square tiles as they were coming loose. They’ve been put down using a bitchemen. I’ve not sanded this as it does contain small traces of asbestos. The patch I initially used self levelling compound worked fine. I need help laying 3mm of self levelling compound. I’m just not quick enough on my own and it sets quickly. Willing to pay a days rate. I guess it’s a two - three hour or so job.

MDL Flooring (Mark) were excellent. He fitted an engineered wooden floor in our sitting room. The original consultation was very efficient and Mark is a very easy person to deal with. He provided a number of samples from a number of suppliers. We choose the flooring and Mark provided all the additional items. The fitting of the floor was excellent and Mark worked very hard and the finished result was superb. We can not recommend him highly enough.
