Very happy with the work done. Vinyl fitted and floor levelling completed to a high standard and with no problems. They also helped move heavy items back into the rooms when finished.

Andy's quote was very reasonable, his ( and Tara's) correspondence was very good and the job was done within a week of me advertising. He turned up on time and as I said done a lovely job of laying my flooring for me. Would definitely recommend him to friends.

Behxhet did an excellent job with installing engineered wood in our hallway, lounge and kitchen. The job is neat. He worked hard and fast too. He was an absolute pleasure to work with which was a bonus! He also helped source some of the materials and was happy to answer all of questions in a timely and clear manner. I am very delighted about the work that was carried out at my home. After seeking many quotes I finally found a quote that was fair and was a true reflection of the work undertaken. Having to renovate my home seemed like a nightmare but Pro-techs construction made me feel as ease with his effevient approach to my project bringing my version to life. I was initially not sure what to expect finding a decorator online, but need not have worried. Wayne contacted me promptly and offered to visit to quote on the day ad. was posted. Gave v. reasonable quotations for a couple of jobs. Turned up promptly (Chislehurst) at the allotted time and completed work quickly to high standard. Clearly v. experienced at decorating; gave advice. French polished wooden staircases, emulsioned walls, repaired cracked plaster. Honest, friendly. Highly recommended.

Job changed to laying new laminate & scotia. Chris refused to use circular saw outside. Used dustsheets on last day too late as entire flat now covered in sawdust.Too inexperienced to make a template for fishtale skirting and gave up using the profiler around architraves. Badly fitted & cut. Damaged a board as he left his jigsaws turned on. Did not have sandpaper or hacksaw and was unable to cut small sections of scotias.Told me to fill gaps with calk. Reply from tradesman: Back in September we was met by a woman that was mentally unstable whereby asking us to estimate on a flooring job she wished to be undertaken, at this time and due to her ill health and unreasonable requests to use an angle grinder to cut bottoms from the doors and other requests we declined on giving an estimate and or undertaking the job, since then our office has been inundated with emails and phone calls from this lady on a day to day basis, in fact so much that we have considered taking drastic steps in calling the police and report her for harassment of our staff…. With regards to her satisfaction statement this is unfounded where we have asked this to be removed as we did not undertake the task at hand.

My Amtico flooring was laid with great care and attention. He was timely, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Already in discussion about further work to be done in my home.

Mark provided a very competitive quote and clearly stated any extra costs that we may incur beforehand. On the day he arrived on time and made fitting our vinyl look effortless. He also did our utility room which I had overlooked within the original quote which was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Mark again as he is a credit to his trade.

Very happy I chose them: Out of 17, they were the first one to reply, the cheapest, and had the best feedback. I liaised with Mark prior to the appointment and Neil came to fit the flooring on the day. Mark was great in helping me choose the adequate flooring and Neil, with 13 years experience was great on the day. The job was planned over two days but done in just one and a half. They were courteous and very professional. As a woman leaving on my own, I felt perfectly at ease with AZ Flooring.

Paul is a very hard worker . Did an excellent job laying wooden floors And tiling my toilet and bathroom. Would highly recommend P&E building and will use Paul again if I need any other work doing.

Alin Vlad Banariu came on time did a good efficient job. He worked non stop, quickly and very cleanly , cleared up after well. He was a polite and pleasant work who did exactly what we asked of him.
