I need the old felt removing of mine, refelting with good quality felt (reinforced polyester felt or mineral faced torch preferred) and old felt disposing of. The shed has a pitched roof and is 2.5 x 3.1 metres. Total price including parts, labour and VAT required.

I arranged for them to come around to do the job at a mutually agreeable time and no one arrived, not providing any notice, therefore having to spend a day at home, instead of working. I provided another opportunity to do the job and obtained a response stating, "What a cheek". I've now received some quotes from what seem to be reliable and customer orientated organisations, which I'm expecting one of to do the work.
