I posted my requirement to re-felt a shed roof on a Saturday & Pristine Roofing contacted me the same day. I emailed them photographs to show what was required and was given a quote the next day, Sunday, without any need to come round. I accepted on the Monday and the work was completed by mid-morning on the Wednesday! I was contacted at work as soon as they had finished and was sent photographs so I could see the finished job - how's that for customer service and a job well done!!
