The shed is 10' x 8' and was re-felted around 3-4 years ago, but I don't think the felt used was very good quality. The shed has a few minor leaking points on one elevation due to tears in the felt and rotten roof timbers, of which there may be 2 or 3 to be replaced. The west side elevation appears fine, no leaks and timbers not too bad, probably because it's shaded by trees and doesn't bear the brunt of heavy rain I would guess there's several timbers and 2-3 strips of felt to replace.

What can we say about Kelvin, he is one of the hardest workers we have ever come across, to make good on the re felting and roof of our 13x11 Shed. If you want someone who gets on with the work and is meticulous in doing a great job then this is the chap for you. Would use again without a shadow of a doubt.
