Roger A Broughton & colleague, arrived in a silver Peugeot 407 SW (full registration on cctv), on 17 Aug to quote for the shed roof replacement job. £139 requested in advance for materials, paid to Mr Broughton's bank account on 19 Aug. Job scheduled for 21 August. No work done as at today's date. I have asked for my £139 to be refunded to me twice. No refund received to date. He is not responding to my emails, texts & calls. I will notify Trading Standards if no refund is made shortly.
