1) To apply expanded foam on top of the back wall of the garage, to close the gaps between roof and wall. 2) To enclose the two holes in the concrete panels that are at ground level. Presumably, two cement boards to be secured internally over these. 3) To cut the damaged fascia board at the roof level of the garage - top right hand side - and replace with a new L shape fascia board. This damaged fascia board has come loose and reveals a gap in the garage.

The job expanded and he had no problem working on my rotten front porch posts which he replaced along with the steps and roof timbers, refitting the whole porch and removing a brick wall.
