I arranged for them to come around to do the job at a mutually agreeable time and no one arrived, not providing any notice, therefore having to spend a day at home, instead of working. I provided another opportunity to do the job and obtained a response stating, "What a cheek". I've now received some quotes from what seem to be reliable and customer orientated organisations, which I'm expecting one of to do the work.

Requested I provide photos of the work required which I sent and received a prompt quote which I accepted. Appointment made to have the work done the following day. Understandably rearranged by a few hours due to weather but let me know in good time and turned up promptly for new appointment. Roof re-felted as required plus new fascias (an extra job I added at the last minute). Good job done quickly and everything cleared away afterwards. Very satisfied.
