We commissioned him to remove a shed (that part he did) and the railway sleepers the shed was built on. He left one sleeper behind; we promptly told him about it but he never came back to finish the job, despite trying multiple times to get in touch. Now he has even stopped answering our messages and calls. Not recommended.
