We have an octagonal summerhouse which has been used as a storage shed. This week we noticed that two top sections of the roof have parted company from the upright supports and the roof is leaning towards the door. Can you plze provide a quote for the work required to make the summerhouse usable again?

Potting shed is 8'x8' and workshop is 12'x10'. Window to be replaced is 90"x42" and is wood frame with single pane glass. Also looking for wooden fascias on rear of house to be sanded and painted as well as lead flashing on roof checked too if possible. If not, just the shed work.

I wanted a repair on small outside services "cupboard"(2 consumer units inside) --small felt roof very severely weathered allowing water through affecting electrics underneath. Tradesman advised and quoted for more permanent replacement of felt with polyester resin as a longer term solution. Very happy with end result. Removed all waste. Price was fare; service friendly. Would definitely use again.
