My shed roof (shed size 8x10) was leaking and I briefly thought about repairing it myself before wisely deciding to get someone who knows what they are doing to sort it out -good move! Andrew came within 15 minutes of the agreed time (sent text saying he was running slightly late) stripped off the old roof felt and replaced it with new felt. He took away all the rubbish leaving the site clear. The job was completed at the agreed price and has a five year guarantee - excellent.

1) To apply expanded foam on top of the back wall of the garage, to close the gaps between roof and wall. 2) To enclose the two holes in the concrete panels that are at ground level. Presumably, two cement boards to be secured internally over these. 3) To cut the damaged fascia board at the roof level of the garage - top right hand side - and replace with a new L shape fascia board. This damaged fascia board has come loose and reveals a gap in the garage.
