• Drain down central heating system and flush out to clear all pipework and radiators.
• Disconnect existing boiler and remove from site.
• Drain down hot water cylinder disconnect from plumbing and wiring connections and remove from premises.
• Modify pipework as necessary in order to accommodate new boiler.
• Supply and install new condensing boiler and flue including making all necessary plumbing and electrical connections and running condensate pipe to waste.
• Supply and fit Plume Management kit to flue.
• Supply and install new controls package including zone valves, cylinder thermostat, room thermostat programmer and wiring centre.
• Supply and fit central heating circulating pump.
• Supply and fit programmable room thermostat.
• Supply and fit x 2 thermostatic radiator valves.
• Supply and fit 2 x new radiators.
• Supply and fit indirect thermal store including all necessary plumbing and electrical connections.
• To refill system, dose with corrosion inhibitor and test.
We used Chrisflame to replace our boiler and thermal store. Chris was very flexible when assessing the work requirements and the system that we wanted to install.
