So the task is to remove the existing window and replace with french doors (or something similar) - I would need you to remove all rubbish and also purchase the doors etc i look forward to your responses

I currently have a raised paving patio in the back garden which I inherited from the previous owner which is crumbling. I need someone to take up what's currently there, levelled up and re-laid with new paving slabs. The area in question is 5m wide by 2.5m depth (Max). Construct a workshop in back garden

We have recently laid a concrete base, with the original plan of building a wooden shed, however, we would now like to look at a more substantial building. We need help with whether we need planning permission etc and advice on what's possible in the space we have. The space is 14' x approx 10' 6" and ideally we'd like a building with a pitched roof, so that the space above can be used for storage. We would also like to install a wood burning stove, so we can work in the winter! Door would be on the short length wall and we would probably keep all windows to that wall, as the other 3 walls would be adjacent to the garden fence. We'd like to run electricity out to the workshop to run tools like a lathe, pillar drill and similar. And have some lighting, obviously :) If you think you can help with me floundering in the dark here, I'd love to hear from you... I'm sure my partner will be a bit more tech-conversant than me, but it's my mission to find us a builder - sorry!

Hi, I'm looking to build a 2m partition wall to create an office space. This work will require putting up the wall, putting in a 65cm glass window panel, installing sockets, breaking through a plasterboard wall to create a doorway, moving electrical radiators and then wiring new light switches.

• There is a few issues with guttering and drainage, the guttering doesn't heave a down pipe. The rain water runs to next door which is not level. It fills up and runs down the wall. • own down pipe is needed to drain the water • • Back wall: • There are some areas that need cutting out and patched up. Also some other cracks to be cut out and filled • • the back step by the back door needs to be sealed as water is running under the step • • All the walls at back of house only needs stripping back. All cracks cut out back to brick. will need to use EMC expanding metal where there are deep cracks and then re-render and patch in preparation for a full x3 coat decorated finish

Convert a storage room to a downstairs WC

I am looking for a builder to convert a downstairs storage room into a WC. Waste pipe to be installed which would require digging to connect to manhole. The room currently contains the electric main which will require boxing in, toilet and sink to be installed, room to be partially tiled.

1. I have just had new bifold doors fitted to my kitchen. The are around the edge outside needs to be finished off/tidied up - render with eg sand and cement? 2. I have had my lower floor knocked into one room and need to fit a door to comply with building regs. I want to fit some interior bifold doors. The job will involve creating a frame for the doors, fitting them and a small amount of stud partitioning to close off the existing gap around the frame.

A studded partition wall currently 300mwide x 260m height needs an arch opening to create a 240cm wide x 252cm. A studded partition wall 190cm by 70cm needs an arch opening and replaced with a high security door.

Add a second entry to bathroom

I would like to add another entry to my bathroom through my bedroom. There is currently a storage area whose wall is shared with the bathroom, so I would like to break down the wall and add a door. In addition, there is a bathtub on the other side of where I would like the door to go, so this will need to be removed. I will then need to tile the floor where the bathtub was.

New under stairs WC

New below stairs WC A local church have a new home for their pastor. This needs a new ground floor WC installed under the stairs. In summary the work comprises: 1. Stripping out the existing wall between under stairs cupboards. 2. Moving the gas meter approx. 200 mm on existing flexible pipes. 3. Installing a new stub stack/AAV into a new below floor-board foul waste connection to an existing SVP (appox. 5m long) 4. Installing a new stud wall below stairs to increase the size of the larger cupboard, and provision of a new larger door/frame into the WC. Plastering all internal wall and ceiling surfaces. 5. Mods to the existing door and paneling to the small under stairs cupboard. 6. Fitting the new WC & WHB c/w new H&CW and waste connections. 7. Supplying a new centrifugal extract fan and ducting system from the WC wall to the external kitchen wall (appr. 6m run) in rigid PVC ducting above existing high level kitchen units. 8. Allow for mods to the existing lighting to the small under stairs cupboard. 9. Plywood lining and ceramic tiled floor to the new WC. 10. Painting and decorating the new WC walls/ceilings and all internal and external woodwork. A fuller specification and drawings/ photographs are available and a site visit shall be required. This project has a fairly tight schedule and the work must start on 1 Feb and be completed by 16 Feb 2019 when the new pastor and his family will be moving in.
