Now there are gaps in the floor that need filling with self-levelling compound before I can put the carpet in. Also there is a hole in one of the walls that also needs filling.

In addition, there is a bathtub on the other side of where I would like the door to go, so this will need to be removed. I will then need to tile the floor where the bathtub was.

My only cons: - I had to be quite involved in the process and had to source various materials myself - At times there was miscommunication between the different workers on who was responsible for what - Initial consultation was not very thorough and surprises came up, though they were resolved Overall and I am pleased with the results. I would recommend them for bathroom renovations. Thank you.

Disappointed on the way the job has been handled and executed. The job was to repaint in white a one bedroom flat. The guy showed up the first day 5 hours late and the following 2 days 1 our late. When the job was done been asked to pay more than what agreed. After the "builder" left I realised the towel rack in the bathroom had been broken and not fixed. The sealing has a big line of missing paint right in the middle of the room. Very disappointed. Definitely won't work with them again.

Fix a leak from exterior wall

I have a mystery leak above my front door that I believe might be down to failed rendering on the wall above it, but I can't say for sure. I live in a basement flat and directly above my front door are steps leading up to a communal front door to the other flats in my building. These steps have been treated with waterproof sealant so I'm pretty sure the leak is not coming from there. Is this something you can help me with? I think the first thing to do is to come over and take a look if you can.
