APS done a great job removing our 4 chimney breast,passed first time with the council building control. Relocated radiator and sockets, matched the coving/skirting perfectly. You would not know that we had chimney breasts in the rooms. Finished on time before we moved in to the house. On the last day they help the removal guys off load the lorry. 100% unreliable. We arranged with him to come and quote some work that urgently needed to be done. First time he never advised he would not be coming. We asked him to confirm that morning and 30 min before supposed to arrive said he would not be coming. Second time he left us waiting 30 min and no show. We tried calling and his phone had been disconnected. Unbelievably rude behaviour and not at all professional. Would not advise contacting this person EVER!
