Building work to allow head height above stairs

We have a staircase that has been badly fitted by another builder. Since he has gone off the job we have learn he not only did not fit stairs correctly he also did not allow for head height for regulations. We are now left with trying to put this right. Firstly we need a builder to sort out the head height regulations then we need a carpenter/joiner to fit the stairs correctly. We are looking to get this job done after Christmas but as we have been let down by other tradesmen please don not say you can start this job if you have no intention of turning up. We have been let down so many times now we don not want anymore time wasters. Thank you.

Also we have a seperate shower room that needs the tiles removing Shower cubicle and toilet siute removing. Then replaster wall ready for new tiles to floor and walls. new showercubicle with tray to be put in and a thermostic shower to be run off of the combi boiler, Toilet and vanity unit.
