For a 1200mm ground floor window (kitchen); fit/replace lintel above window and re-fit x10 bricks above window. Fault description, a pyramid of bricks (rows of 4,3,2 and 1) have dropped and are compressing the kitchen window. It looks to me as if there is no lintel present!

He is a charming and charismatic man who isn't adverse to hard work. He also worked in the cellar patching up the ceiling and putting in new Oak Doors completely transforming the house.
