Construct WC c/o:- Timber/metal stud walls lined with plasterboard & skimmed & sound deadening quilt. Walls to be as thin as possible. Plumbing works and sanitary fittings (WC suite, whb & taps) Electric works c/o light switch & point, ventilation. Door, lining, stops, architrave & ironmongery. Skirting to match existing. Suspended Ceiling Gyproc coving to match existing to hall side of new walls. Picture rail to match existing to hall side of new walls. Provide window in side wall above staircase. Connect drain & waste pipe into manhole in front garden. Possible route is out through side wall of house, along sideway & under front steps. Make good concrete. Plans are available

Front garden overhaul

Embedded root just growing inside fence needs removal. Fence will therefore need to be removed first, then after root removed, fence replaced renewing any rotten parts, and realigned as before. brickwork patio to be levelled where needed

rebuilding conservatory and changing it to a normal room

I need my conservatory to be changed to a standard en - suite room with bathroom and toilet. This involves removing the plastic roof and high windows and raising the walls to put a normal room roof. This work also involves putting laminate flooring and cabinets on the wall for storage and wardrobe.

Lay paving in the front garden - 9square meters

I am interested in getting some paving put down in front of the house. The area between the house and the wall is about 9 square meters (or slightly less). It currently has some loose crazy paving in place. The house has a bay window at the front and the paving would have to be fitted around this. There would be a border where the existing hedge grows through. We are interested in block paving for the area, and ideally this would be supplied as part of the job.

build a door way in london

original door way (including door frame) has been removed and replaced with a plaster archway. i want the archway removed and the doorway reinstated. i do not think there is any support work needed judging from what looks like original doorways still in neighbours houses. these all appear to be thin wall above a door frame that takes up the whole of the doorway - but you need to decide/advise if support work required

FIll holes in concealed chimney

I'd like a quote for some work to fill in some holes in a chimey (in a cupboard - I can send photos) to prevent the smell of cigarette smoke from the flat below coming up into my flat. Would you be able to visit and check if this is a likely solution and if it is what it would cost please?

Small leak in roof extension. Probably cracked asphalt

We have a first floor extension with a small asphalted roof. The heavy rain is causing a leak through to our shower room near a ceiling light and damp showing on the wall.

Filler to picture holes, etc. Replacement of lavatory, bath and basin taps in bathroom. Sealant replacement. Boxing in of exposed piped around lavatory and sink unit. Replacement of electrical socks - like for like. Replacement of ceiling light fixtures. Carpet removal and replacement laminate flooring. Complete redecoration throughout, except kitchen. Building a partition wall and creating doorway

Hi, I'm looking to build a 2m partition wall to create an office space. This work will require putting up the wall, putting in a 65cm glass window panel, installing sockets, breaking through a plasterboard wall to create a doorway, moving electrical radiators and then wiring new light switches.

Floor repairs, wall repair needed

I just removed the laminated flooring in my flat and want to replace it with carpet. But underneath the flooring I found too many broken or missing floor tiles. Now there are gaps in the floor that need filling with self-levelling compound before I can put the carpet in. Also there is a hole in one of the walls that also needs filling.

• There is a few issues with guttering and drainage, the guttering doesn't heave a down pipe. The rain water runs to next door which is not level. It fills up and runs down the wall. • own down pipe is needed to drain the water • • Back wall: • There are some areas that need cutting out and patched up. Also some other cracks to be cut out and filled • • the back step by the back door needs to be sealed as water is running under the step • • All the walls at back of house only needs stripping back. All cracks cut out back to brick. will need to use EMC expanding metal where there are deep cracks and then re-render and patch in preparation for a full x3 coat decorated finish
