For a 1200mm ground floor window (kitchen); fit/replace lintel above window and re-fit x10 bricks above window. Fault description, a pyramid of bricks (rows of 4,3,2 and 1) have dropped and are compressing the kitchen window. It looks to me as if there is no lintel present!

He is a charming and charismatic man who isn't adverse to hard work. He also worked in the cellar patching up the ceiling and putting in new Oak Doors completely transforming the house. Plaster/render on inside is coming off and wooden cladding covering the porch needs replacing!!! The gas and electricity meters are in there so it needs doing. We believe the roof and roofing boards will need replacement
