Embedded root just growing inside fence needs removal. Fence will therefore need to be removed first, then after root removed, fence replaced renewing any rotten parts, and realigned as before. brickwork patio to be levelled where needed

New under stairs WC

New below stairs WC A local church have a new home for their pastor. This needs a new ground floor WC installed under the stairs. In summary the work comprises: 1. Stripping out the existing wall between under stairs cupboards. 2. Moving the gas meter approx. 200 mm on existing flexible pipes. 3. Installing a new stub stack/AAV into a new below floor-board foul waste connection to an existing SVP (appox. 5m long) 4. Installing a new stud wall below stairs to increase the size of the larger cupboard, and provision of a new larger door/frame into the WC. Plastering all internal wall and ceiling surfaces. 5. Mods to the existing door and paneling to the small under stairs cupboard. 6. Fitting the new WC & WHB c/w new H&CW and waste connections. 7. Supplying a new centrifugal extract fan and ducting system from the WC wall to the external kitchen wall (appr. 6m run) in rigid PVC ducting above existing high level kitchen units. 8. Allow for mods to the existing lighting to the small under stairs cupboard. 9. Plywood lining and ceramic tiled floor to the new WC. 10. Painting and decorating the new WC walls/ceilings and all internal and external woodwork. A fuller specification and drawings/ photographs are available and a site visit shall be required. This project has a fairly tight schedule and the work must start on 1 Feb and be completed by 16 Feb 2019 when the new pastor and his family will be moving in.

rebuilding conservatory and changing it to a normal room

I need my conservatory to be changed to a standard en - suite room with bathroom and toilet. This involves removing the plastic roof and high windows and raising the walls to put a normal room roof. This work also involves putting laminate flooring and cabinets on the wall for storage and wardrobe.

Lay paving in the front garden - 9square meters

I am interested in getting some paving put down in front of the house. The area between the house and the wall is about 9 square meters (or slightly less). It currently has some loose crazy paving in place. The house has a bay window at the front and the paving would have to be fitted around this. There would be a border where the existing hedge grows through. We are interested in block paving for the area, and ideally this would be supplied as part of the job.

Rear exterior wall needs Rendering/Plastering. 2 foot garden wall and some patio needs removing and Decking installed. Possibly 20 - 25 sqm off artificial turf fitted, although we may get a specialist company to deal with this if the builder is not experienced in this field

Bottom treads & risers to be remodelled to form winders, newel post & balustrade to be altered to suit. Construct WC c/o:- Timber/metal stud walls lined with plasterboard & skimmed & sound deadening quilt. Walls to be as thin as possible. Plumbing works and sanitary fittings (WC suite, whb & taps) Electric works c/o light switch & point, ventilation. Door, lining, stops, architrave & ironmongery. Skirting to match existing. Suspended Ceiling Gyproc coving to match existing to hall side of new walls. Picture rail to match existing to hall side of new walls. Provide window in side wall above staircase. Connect drain & waste pipe into manhole in front garden. Possible route is out through side wall of house, along sideway & under front steps. Make good concrete. Plans are available

Convert cupboard into utility room

We have a deep cupboard in our bathroom that we were hoping to convert into a utility room housing our tumble drier and washing machine. To do this we would want to block off the door currently feeding into the bathroom and knock through the plasterboard wall that feeds onto the hallway, and install some recessed sliding doors into the wall so that we can block it off as and when desired (see highlighted section in attached floorplan). This will also involve some minimal plumbing work for the washing machine (the boiler is currently in this cupboard also - a combi boiler) and possibly some tiling work to make good on the bathroom side.

Repaint a 1 bedroom Flat in Central London

Hello, I am looking for a painter to pain a one bedroom flat in central London. The job requires removing of existing wholes on walls from frames / shelves and a white coat of painting all over the flat. Now the walls are not white but with colors. Looking to get the job done ASAP.

Top floor flat: requires terraced built with a new 3rd landing with bifold doors, velux window in bedroom converted to single domer and hallway area single domer converted to double dormer. All on the same level

Repair internal wall

The wall of the living room is added on later - basic two layers of double board with reinforcement in the middle and now the nails have come loose. I would like a more permanent solution and am open to ideas. Also I am looking to put a ventilation fan to a toilet.
