Safely and securely mount a TV bracket to wall

I have a 65" TV (23kg) and wall bracket rated up to 50kg. I'd like it mounted on a plasterboard wall. I don't want it to fall so will need it mounted through the wall to the metal uprights behind the plaster. This may require a wood board installed on top of the plasterboard so it can be secured to the uprights, since there is a limited area where the TV will go which may not align with the uprights

Dog kennel needs putting together please

fix letter box

Rotten wood on shed, replace basin in bathroom

My garden shed needs some panels replacing that have rotted and I need a sink replaced in the bathroom

Paint for 2 rooms walls + installing shelves & curtain rails

We need two rooms (one wall in each room and the ceiling) to be painted following some damage due to a leak. The leak has been fixed and the dampness has dried so should be fine to paint now. Also need some filling and paint work on another wall where a shelf broke and fall. I would need a handyman who can provide and fix 2 shelves for the kitchen and curtain rails for 2 rooms. Floating wall shelves

I have 6 floating shelves to be hang on the wall. I have detailed instructions how to assemble them. It can be installed on the wall seamlessly with the screws and cloaking metal plates. Will require a drill. This is 1-2 hours job for the afternoon during the week. I am looking for someone available Monday-Tuesday.

Fitting bedroom locks

2 or 3 bedrooms to be fitted with lever locks and handles. The locks and handles we will provide. Currently no locks on doors , just handles. 2 rooms in our flat to be fitted and people in upstairs flat may want a door done the same as well. Give us a quote :)

Wardrobe door only needs to be put back as it's quite heavy, the screws must have loosened with use.

Mirror hanging (2 very heavy mirrors)

We are a pub with a large garden and we need somebody to re paint the garden furniture. Very easy job and to be honest does not require much skill !

Access hole for washing machine pipe through cupboard

Quick cash job for five minutes work. I need round hole cut through kitchen cupboard to enable washing machine waste pipe to reach under sink. There is a 5 cm hole already there, although we did a bad job and it is oval shape. New hole will need to be about 8 cm dia to allow for hole already there. You will need your own hole cutter.
