I have a number of rental properties in Luton all of which require repairs from time to time. At present I have a house near the airport where the following work is required:
1. Fix hinge on kitchen cupboard.
2. Put up bathroom towel rail and bathroom cabinet.
3. Replace flooring in bathroom.
4. Fill and plaster a small hole in the bathroom ceiling.
5 Regrout bathroom windowsill tiles.
6Replace kitchen door handle.
7Hang new bathroom and new bedroom doors.
There is also other work to be done at this and other properties if the above work is done successfully.
