Also a couple of window handles have become a bit loose, and two small pieces of white uPVC architrave are needed to bridge gaps either side of a window, left from removing a dado rail.

This is to ensure visual Gas Safety inspections can be carried out annually. Please note the height of the boxed plasterboard area is approx 12.5ft high so a ladder will be required.
