Change a toilet seat

Change a toilet seat. I am unable to unscrew the previous seat and I'm blocked. I have bought the new seat already.

Assemble IKEA chest of drawers; install curtain tracks

1) Ikea chest of 9 drawers: ALEX, sku number 604.735.34; add casters (already purchased); put in positions. 2) Curtain tracks: (a) remove existing track, replace end stops, reinstall in position. (b) install new track in front of existing track (a); possibly help me rehang curtain. Tracks need to be ceiling mounted. 3) Microwave: Carry downstairs and pack in box for collection. WHEN: work needed this week.

Safely and securely mount a TV bracket to wall

I have a 65" TV (23kg) and wall bracket rated up to 50kg. I'd like it mounted on a plasterboard wall. I don't want it to fall so will need it mounted through the wall to the metal uprights behind the plaster. This may require a wood board installed on top of the plasterboard so it can be secured to the uprights, since there is a limited area where the TV will go which may not align with the uprights

Remove a sign above a shop

The sign is a lightweight board sign but tall there are only 8 screws to take it down. The only thing is that a long ladder is required for the top screws so a long ladder about 7 meters is needed.

Paint for 2 rooms walls + installing shelves & curtain rails

We need two rooms (one wall in each room and the ceiling) to be painted following some damage due to a leak. The leak has been fixed and the dampness has dried so should be fine to paint now. Also need some filling and paint work on another wall where a shelf broke and fall. I would need a handyman who can provide and fix 2 shelves for the kitchen and curtain rails for 2 rooms. Floating wall shelves

I have 6 floating shelves to be hang on the wall. I have detailed instructions how to assemble them. It can be installed on the wall seamlessly with the screws and cloaking metal plates. Will require a drill. This is 1-2 hours job for the afternoon during the week. I am looking for someone available Monday-Tuesday.

Domestic handy work for up to 1 hour

To hang two paintings, hang a mirror onto the internal wall and to tighten the feet on my sofa and matching arm chair.

Install IKEA cupboards

There are 5 x 1m wide IKEA robes plus 1 x 3.5m wide IKEA robe to install. We need these completed in the 9th or 10th February.

Office odd jobs

We need someone to come in to hang a 900mm x 1200mm noticeboard to a plasterboard wall as well as change the filter on the water filter tap in the kitchen. Both items have already been purchased.

I have an issue with mice accessing my property. Pest control have advised they are coming through holes in wall behind one of my kitchen cupboards. Replacing bath / sink sealant, fixing coat hooks into friable wall, replacing toilet seat, bleeding radiator - our radiator key not gripping any more. If time, trying to re-hang garden gate and fix bathroom tap (thread gone). No parking restrictions on road.
