I have new tenants moving in to my rental property in Chelmsford on 23 June and am looking for someone to complete the small tasks below either on 20 or 21 June when I will be in the property. 1) Paint bathroom radiator 2) Replacing the sealant around the kitchen sink and worktop 3) Removing and replacing the toilet seat 4) Removing a wire shower rack for toiletries and fill in the holes left behind in the tiling 5) Remove and replace a mouldy seal on a Bosch washing machine (I have the new seal) I'm looking for a rough idea of cost too. I can't be in the house before then to let someone come round and quote, so if you need further info please send me a message and let me know. Thanks

I gave him the contract to paint the house, he started the work but then in the end he slacked and started telling me that his boss wants him back to work and he will come and finish the work on the weekend. He said he is honest man and not like other builders, so I paid him the full money. He also advised me to buy tiles for the kitchen and he will install them. In good faith I trusted him and bought the tiles, he never turned up and didnt even reply to any of my calls or messages.
