Ray installed a canopy above a large french door. It was a challenging job in so much as the installation was more than 3 metres high, the canopy was flimsy and the old brickwork quite soft. Ray did an excellent job taking time to achieve a good finish and replacing the fixing bolts with some better fixings more appropriate to the installation. I commend him without hesitation.

I think the frame will also need replacing as wood looks rotten. Second job is I want to purchase 3 internal moulded doors (which will match the ones I already have in the house), and purchase the necessary fittings for these (handles etc) and get someone to fit them for me. He arrived as planned but an hour in he left!? He hadn’t finished, didn’t tidy up & ,importantly, didn’t even speak to me - he just left!
