Need a pane of glass (approx 24 x 7 inches) removing from rotting wooden garage doors - it will fall out if it's left very much longer) resulting hole will need covering until doors can be replaced or temporarily boarded over until time/weather allows this.

Remove a sign above a shop

The sign is a lightweight board sign but tall there are only 8 screws to take it down. The only thing is that a long ladder is required for the top screws so a long ladder about 7 meters is needed.

Fitting bedroom locks

2 or 3 bedrooms to be fitted with lever locks and handles. The locks and handles we will provide. Currently no locks on doors , just handles. 2 rooms in our flat to be fitted and people in upstairs flat may want a door done the same as well. Give us a quote :)

pest proofing

I have an issue with mice accessing my property. Pest control have advised they are coming through holes in wall behind one of my kitchen cupboards. The cupboard needs to be removed, then holes need to be filled with cement. And for kitchen cupboard to be put back as it was. We would like this done as soon as possible. But first I would like a quote

Change a toilet seat

Change a toilet seat. I am unable to unscrew the previous seat and I'm blocked. I have bought the new seat already.

Safely and securely mount a TV bracket to wall

I have a 65" TV (23kg) and wall bracket rated up to 50kg. I'd like it mounted on a plasterboard wall. I don't want it to fall so will need it mounted through the wall to the metal uprights behind the plaster. This may require a wood board installed on top of the plasterboard so it can be secured to the uprights, since there is a limited area where the TV will go which may not align with the uprights

fix letter box

I need someone who can fix the letterbox that is connected to the door. I have attached a photo of the door with the letterbox.

Fit a curtain rail in a bay after new window installed..

The job is a bit tricky due to the shape and because the wall is a bit flaky in places. May need a batten fixed or some other solution.

Kitchen Sink Refit

Our kitchen sink has come away from its housing. It was not installed correctly in the first place. We need someone to permanalty fix it by bolting it (drilling) into the marble coutertop. There is also some light plumbing where a hose is slighting bent... I am unsure what is wrong, but there is some water leaking. The images are from before it came away, but to give you an idea.
