Safely and securely mount a TV bracket to wall

I have a 65" TV (23kg) and wall bracket rated up to 50kg. I'd like it mounted on a plasterboard wall. I don't want it to fall so will need it mounted through the wall to the metal uprights behind the plaster. This may require a wood board installed on top of the plasterboard so it can be secured to the uprights, since there is a limited area where the TV will go which may not align with the uprights

fix letter box

I need someone who can fix the letterbox that is connected to the door. I have attached a photo of the door with the letterbox.

Various drilling jobs around the house (list in advert)

I have several drilling jobs around the house, which are slightly beyond my own DIY skill to accomplish. 1) Drill 4 holes in HARD bathroom tiles in order to mount a cabinet. 2) Drill 4 holes in HARD batrhroom tiles in order to mount a towel rail. 3) Drill 6 holes in living room wall in order to mount a TV wall bracket. 4) Drill 2 holes in front door in order to mount a doorbell (this one should be easy, but I may as well utilise the professional handyman when he's here!) I tried myself to drill into the bathroom tiles, but despite having bought carbide-tipped bits, they just were not going through. I therefore decided to enlist professional help. Floating wall shelves

I have 6 floating shelves to be hang on the wall. I have detailed instructions how to assemble them. It can be installed on the wall seamlessly with the screws and cloaking metal plates. Will require a drill. This is 1-2 hours job for the afternoon during the week. I am looking for someone available Monday-Tuesday.

Fitting bedroom locks

2 or 3 bedrooms to be fitted with lever locks and handles. The locks and handles we will provide. Currently no locks on doors , just handles. 2 rooms in our flat to be fitted and people in upstairs flat may want a door done the same as well. Give us a quote :)

Quick cash job for five minutes work. I need round hole cut through kitchen cupboard to enable washing machine waste pipe to reach under sink. There is a 5 cm hole already there, although we did a bad job and it is oval shape. New hole will need to be about 8 cm dia to allow for hole already there. You will need your own hole cutter.
